Torrie has posted a new inspirational video on her YouTube Channel! Torrie Talk sheds light on two highly effective exercise tips for great abs by summer. It’s crunch time! – Be sure to check it out!

1. Abs are made in the gym, not just the kitchen. Healthy diet is key but use weights, heavy ones, do 8-10 reps and always do more reps if you can. Always use heavy weights or heavy ab machines. This is done on Day 1.
2. On Day 2, lighten the weights and do tons of crunches! Don’t count, just crunch til you can’t crunch anymore. Repeat both tips 4-5 days and alternate them.
